THE mother of a 13-year old boy who was killed by a heroin addict in a hit-and-run car smash yesterday condemned the justice system after it emerged he could serve only three months in jail.

Kurt Sammon, 38, was high on the heroin substitute methadone and driving with no insurance or MOT when he hit Michael Weaver.
