MP CLAIRE Curtis-Thomas's call for an age limit to be placed on lads' mags (Mail) is laudable, but it isn't the first time an MP has called for such a classification.
As long ago as 1996, Conservative MP Peter Luff proposed a Bill calling for the same. Nothing was done, and in the last 12 years such material has undoubtedly had a negative impact on their male readers' perception of women, and women's perception of themselves.See the full content of this document
