AT THE cinema the other night, I was interested to see a Glasgow City Council advert about drivers leaving their engines running while stationery.
Apparently, the city council is so concerned about the pollution this causes that it will fine drivers on the spot. This must be a different city council from the one which is so unconcerned about the health of its residents that it is determined to build yet another motorway through the city, increasing traffic and pollution enormously.See the full content of this document
