AUTHOR Rachel Johnson, fragrant younger sister of MP Boris, has secured a welcome dividend from her novel Notting Hell, a wry and steamy take on the salubrious London suburb colonised by Tory leader David Cameron and his cliquey friends. She has just sold the U.S. rights to the book - and those for its as yet unwritten sequel - to publishing giant Simon Schuster for Pounds 230,000. This is on top of the Pounds 210,000 she has made from Penguin Books here.
