ALEX SMITH last night admitted the presence of German legend Pierre Littbarski will add an extra dash of glamour to Falkirk's maiden European tie.
Smith will this morning be unveiled as director of football in a new-look setup that will see Eddie May become manager, with Steven Pressley as his No 2. The home tie is on July 16 before the return leg in the principality one week later. Vaduz play their league football in Switzerland and are managed by former midfielder Littbarski, who won 73 caps for West Germany and played at three World Cup finals. 'We are looking into them at the moment and trying to find out as much as we can,' said Smith. 'It's certainly an interesting tie and there is no way we will underestimate them because the standard of league football in Switzerland is very good.See the full content of this document
