WITH androgynous looking models in provocative poses, it could be an eye-catching photo shoot for a risqu fashion designer. But rather than Dolce Gabanna or Sisley, these sizzling snaps are for goody two-shoes department store Arnotts. Models Yomiko Chen, Rebekah McCreesh and Baiba Gaile donned the daring dresses at the launch of the store's Autumn-Winter womenswear range yesterday. As the edgy styles show, the Dublin institution is no longer just popular with the blue-rinse brigade shopping for support tights and sensible undies. Young professionals with plenty of cash to splash are being lured there too, thanks to the addition of must-have labels such as Nanette Lapore, Nicole Miller and Tracy Reese. 'Arnotts probably has been associated with more mature ladies,' said spokeswoman Tania Meighan. 'But it is now as much for the twenty-somethings.' The building on Henry Street has undergone a massive revamp and bosses are making sure its contents are en vogue too. 'In the last twelve months alone, ten new labels have been added to the womenswear line,' said Tania.
