POOR Chelsy Davy. Not only does the 23-yearold have to cope with a laceratingly public end to her relationship with Britain's Prince Harry, she has to do so looking like she's been Tangoed. A strategy designed to provide a means with which to face the world has resulted in the cosmetic equivalent of self-harm.
One can see why a touch of fake tan might have seemed like a good idea.
