Summary
WHILE I approve of the new measures by which banks are authorised to notify the Revenue of 'hot money' lodged with them, this issue could have been finalised years ago.
Now it is apparent there are fewer PAYE workers available to unfairly carry tax burdens, the Government is driven to this measure, which might just be enough to at least partially alleviate Exchequer deficits.See the full content of this document
