BRITISH police colluded with intelligence agencies in 'outsourcing' the torture of a terror suspect abroad, MPs were told last night.

Former shadow home secretary David Davis said in the House of Commons that he had evidence British agents deliberately allowed Rangzieb Ahmed to leave the UK for Pakistan, then tipped off officials there - knowing he would be arrested and tortured.
