RTE was yesterday rapped by broadcasting watchdogs for the portrayal of a mental health patient in a comedy sketch.

The Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCC) found the national station did not take adequate measures to ensure I Dare Ya did not contain material which stereotyped people with a disability.
