MONAGHAN chairman John Connolly has blasted RTE's Sunday Game for 'demonising' some of his county players.
Connolly warned yesterday that Derry and Monaghan players should not be tried by the TV in the wake of Sunday's ill-tempered Ulster SFC clash. 'There are some people who are now looking at the game though a glass window, but they were no angels themselves when they were out there on the pitch,' said Connolly, who claimed that he was 'disturbed' by the comments of the panel, which last Sunday was made up of Colm O'Rourke, Pat Spillane and Joe Brolly.See the full content of this document
