Summary
HOW can we tell a young girl it's wrong to get pregnant in order to be given a council flat when 'it's her right' and therefore 'within the rules'? Or how can we tell a disability claimant who can walk, drive, and maybe even play tennis, that it's immoral to receive disability allowance even though they manage to persuade their doctor to sign their certificate? At a stroke, our MPs have changed our national morality.
