THE Dublin Airport Authority has warned that its planned second passenger terminal will not be built on time unless it gets approval from An Bord Pleanala within the next couple of weeks.

The authority's chairman Gary McGann said it was standing by to begin building, but would only be in a position to have the terminal operational before the end of 2009 if the permission came through by the end of this month.
