DARREN CLARKE last night condemned the choice of Gleneagles as the venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup.

The 39-year-old Ulsterman, a key member of the victorious European side at the K-Club in Ireland last September, claimed that the Jack Nicklaus-designed Centenary Course will play into the hands of the Americans.
