Summary
HAS enough thought gone into the proposed outlawing of the incandescent lamp (Mail)? I have several pygmy bulbs, needed to light cabinet displays and hi-fi units. These are of low wattage and there is no fluorescent lamp small enough to replace them. I also have several dimmer-switches which can run at low power. Fluorescent lamps cannot be dimmed.
