A DOCTOR found guilty of misconduct after discharging a teenager who died three days later can carry on practising, medicine watchdogs ruled yesterday.

Kirsty Thompson had been suffering abdominal pain and vomiting but was sent home from Glasgow's Victoria Infirmary by Dr Marie McMahon in March 2001.
