Summary
WE ARE constantly being told that we have chronic obesity, second only to the U.S., and that childhood obesity is a ticking health time bomb. Despite this, school playing fields are being sold off, and have been since the early 1980s.
We have bored kids supposedly running amok as they have nothing to do. We spend a lot of money on five-a-day fruit and vegetables food czars, yet no politician I have heard has suggested that the sums involved could be better served spent on sports facilities, particularly in schools.See the full content of this document
