AUSTRIAN Josef Fritzl, who kept his daughter as a sex slave for 24 years and had six children by her, has told a psychiatrist: 'I was born to rape.' He also admitted he 'had an evil side' which he could not contain. A leaked report, based on a mammoth series of interviews with Fritzl by Austria's top forensic psychiatrist, Dr Heidi Kastner, says the retired engineer claimed he was 'sadistically' beaten and mistreated by his mother.
