THE suspected hijackers of the 'ghost ship' Arctic Sea were flown to Moscow yesterday with most of the crew, three days after the freighter was found by Russian naval forces off West Africa.

The Foreign Ministry said the captain and three other crew members remained behind in the Cape Verde islands. The ship, with a crew of 15 Rus-sians and a cargo of timber, mysteriously went missing after leaving a Finnish port last month, prompting an international search.
