Summary
Ihave a confession to make, one that I feel I should share with you. I have never done nude. In my capacity as a fashion writer, I've covered many offbeat trends including the puffball dress, the braced skirt and the sequined hotpants, and I have a mountain of unframable photographs that prove I embraced these fads personally as well as professionally. Almost everything I have written about has appeared in some form in my wardrobe - everything except flesh tones.
I don't know why I find pinky neutrals so scary when I was once seen in public wearing leggings as trousers. Maybe it's something to do with my Catholic Gaelscoil education. Being, or even alluding to being naked is something only a cailin dana would do.
