IT HAS been seven long years since the Prime Time documentary, Cardinal Secrets, and the first promise of a State inquiry into clerical child sex abuse in the Dublin archdiocese. Now at long last the final obstacle to publication of the Murphy report has been lifted - and all but one chapter is to be published, possibly as early as next week.
