NO CHANCE of a ticket for Britain's first secret terrorist trial, I suppose? This is the novel system of justice whereby, if Mr Blunkett gets his way, suspects will be put in the dock before a judge sitting without a jury, and tried 'pre-emptively' for something they haven't yet done.

It should make fascinating reading in the law reports, if only we were allowed to publish them.
