SCOTLAND'S police have failed to meet targets on drug crime despite seizing more than [pounds]20million worth of illegal narcotics over the past year.

The Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA) had hoped to take 681lb (309kg) of Class A substances such as heroin and cocaine off the streets.
