Summary
IT WAS one of those tragedies made especially poignant because nobody could understand the reason why. Two years on, and despite the long-overdue publication yesterday of the official report into Monageer, we still do not know why Adrian Dunne killed his wife and two children, then took his own life.
Like the authors of the report, we can only speculate - about the scale of the debts Adrian had ratcheted up after losing his job, about his fears that his children might also go blind, about his brother's suicide shortly before.
