KILMARNOCK manager Jim Jefferies is setting up his own disciplinary committee and has warned potential offenders that they will be hammered. The move comes after the financially-challenged club were fined Pounds 5,000 by the SFA for last season's poor disciplinary record, when the players amassed 92 cautions and two red cards during the 2008/09 campaign.
