RATHER than just expressing 'deep disappointment' that the U.S. failed to report the use of Diego Garcia for rendition flights, it's far more important that the Government find out precisely what the purpose of these flights was, There is a strong suspicion they were used to transport suspects against their will to countries where they could be subjected to more severe interrogation than is allowed in the U.S.
