CELEBRITY solicitor Gerald Kean has called the hygiene standards in hospitals 'institutionalised manslaughter'.

Mr Kean, whose parents died after contracting MRSA, said: 'We have the second worst record in Europe for hygiene in hospitals. Now it's institution-alised manslaughter as far as I'm concerned. It's just not acceptable.'
