THE Olympic boss who quit because the bill for the 2012 games in London is spiralling out of control yesterday accused London Mayor Ken Livingstone and Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell of running a smear campaign against him.

Jack Lemley left the Olympic Delivery Authority last month, warning that costs could rise 'exponentially' and that political infighting meant facilities would not be delivered on time and on budget.
