A GRANDFATHER has been ordered off a bus . . . for carrying a tin of paint.

As Brian Heale, 73, boarded the No9, he was told by the driver: 'I don't think you can come on with that it's against regulations.' The driver checked with head office and explained to Mr Heale that tins of paint were banned from buses under new national health and safety rules.
