Summary
I, TOO, feel badly let down by Royal Mail (Letters). Having ordered various items on the internet to be delivered to my home and then not getting them, I opted to have future items sent to my work address.
Again Royal Mail failed to deliver. It sent the items to the address of the former tenants of the building where I work rather than to the address given.See the full content of this document
