This is something I found myself muttering as I lay on a doctor's couch a few weeks ago, with something the size of a crochet hook snaking its way under the flesh of my jaw, bumping against the bone, squirting out synthetic filler as it went.

You see, I'd do just about anything to look better. I'd be, and have been, lasered, lipo-ed and injected, my teeth veneered. And if it hurts, well, it hurts.
