It was a different matter, however, when he learned that Basil Brush would be joining them. To have to share billing with a fox was beyond the pale. 'For the record, when we opened it was Claire Sweeney, me, then Basil Brush,' he points out. 'But for a while it was a worry, yes. I had to fight for that billing.'
