DIRECTORS and staff at Man Group are enjoying a Pounds 650m share windfall thanks to the hedge fund craze.

Chief executive Stanley Fink's stake in Man, the world's largest manager of hedge funds, have soared to Pounds 72m as the shares rocketed. He received Pounds 6.7m from the group last year, including Pounds 4.5m pay, bonus and benefits and Pounds 2.2m in performance-related shares. That makes him the best-paid boss in the top 100 companies.
