NEWCASTLE manager Sir Bobby Robson is preparing to gamble on Portuguese misfit Hugo Viana tonight as he faces the biggest game of his five-year reign.

Robson has been troubled by a series of injuries ahead of tonight's UEFA Cup semi-final, first leg at home to Marseille and last night Michael Bridges joined the casualty list with an illness which has left him feeling washed out.
