MONAGHAN have confirmed that Tommy Freeman will take his case to the Disputes Resolution Authority as they fight to overturn his eight-week suspension. Star forward Freeman received the ban following the county's Ulster SFC defeat to Derry on May 24 for 'attempting to strike with the head'.
