A PREGNANT woman who was suffering with swine flu managed to give birth shortly before dying of the disease, it was revealed yesterday.
The un-named 39-year-old Bangladeshi woman, who is reported to have been a paraplegic after being involved in a road accident several years ago, died on Monday at Whipps Cross Hospital in north east London.
