RELEASED to coincide with next week's sequel 28 Weeks Later, Danny Boyle's cut of his post-apocalyptic zombie movie doesn't address the weaknesses of the original, especially an anticlimactic ending. The early scenes of a deserted capital are powerfully paranoid. But I didn't swallow the vision of England's future as a military dictatorship, and still don't care for the director's voyeuristic delight in extreme violence.See the full content of this document
