Summary
STEPHEN LEWIS wasn't 'killed by credit' (Mail). He killed himself. He wasn't forced to take on so many cards and he certainly wasn't forced to use them to accrue debts that he did not have the means to repay. He then took the easy option instead of facing up to his responsibilities.
