THE Scottish parliament has been forced to roll out waste bins to keep flooding at bay after the latest leaks to hit the Pounds 414million building.
The recent torrential rain has been blamed for leaks in the main corridors which saw nine bins used to catch the drips. Another three bins were placed at the entrance to the VIP gallery on the floor above.See the full content of this document
