THE three founders of online delivery firm Ocado will share a Pounds 140m windfall as they prepare to float the business on the stock market.

The firm, which delivers Waitrose and John Lewis products, is keen to seek a public listing in early 2010. The trio of former Goldman Sachs bankers, who set Ocado up in January 2002, still own a 22pc stake in the firm.
