Keane's Black Cats not quite so green

WHILE Roy Keane remains as manager and Niall Quinn is in the chair, the Irish factor is not as prevalent as has been the case at Sunderland for the past two years. The club has a new majority shareholder, wealthy American Ellis Short, while the playing staff is no longer dotted with a clutch of Irish players. For Sunderland's last two games, Keane didn't start any Irish player, while Roy O'Donovan (pictured scoring for Dundee United last week) and Anthony Stokes have been loaned out.
