RELATIVES of the victims of the Omagh bombing expressed shock yesterday over reports that garda will be unable to give evidence at a civil action against the alleged perpetrators.
Michael Gallagher, chairman of the relatives' support group, said he was stunned to learn of the setback: 'This came as a complete and utter shock. We were given no indication whatsoever that the Garda were unwilling to cooperate in fact, the opposite.'
