Summary
I KNOW that a pair of pillar box-red Lycra leggings or a cerulean blue nylon mini skirt are not going to be on the top of everybody's Christmas list this year but, come spring, they are going to be a big part of 2009's Eighties revival.
Accompanied by a slouchy oversized T-shirt and colourful high heels, it's a look which I predict will be snapped up by younger shoppers for its novelty (they haven't tried keeping their boob tubes up before). It's also both cheap and cheerful.See the full content of this document
