BRITAIN is in danger of producing a society that fears its children, the Shadow Home Secretary will warn today.

In a hard-hitting speech, Chris Grayling will warn that the alleged torture and attempted murder of two boys aged nine and 11 in Doncaster by two other boys aged only ten and 11 themselves earlier this week is a 'pretty stark snapshot' of 'Broken Britain'.
