THE skipper of a party boat refused to stop to save the life of Willie O'Dea's nephew, even though he had given the young man permission to jump into the sea, it was claimed yesterday.

Jose Ribas, 45, will go on trial later this year for manslaughter on the Spanish holiday island of Ibiza where Basil Bourke, 24, drowned two years ago.
