TRYING to get a seat at one of the pavement tables at Sing Heung Yuen Food Stall Number 2 is not for the faint-hearted. Hong Kong diners use their elbows to jostle for the best seats. Timid tourists have no chance.
But those who manage to grab a space among the lunchtime crowds beneath tatty tarpaulin sheets on one of the city's oldest streets will find time frozen. 'No difference.
