According to the late Hugo Young's book, The Hugo Young Papers, the two met at a lunch in Soho's L'Escargot restaurant six years ago and Hunter told him (off the record, she thought) that Peter Mandelson would never return to office, Tony Blair had no interest in making money after he left Downing Street, Jack Straw had lost his confidence and Gordon Brown would make a good PM.
