Summary
THE Fourth Plinth project is going from strength to strength: 23,000 people applied for its 2,400 places. I'm proud to say I'm going to take my place on Monday, July 27, at 8am. I'm going to recite favourite British poems, some sad, some funny, some thought- provoking.
