CONSUMER magazine Which? has warned passengers they face paying through the nose for food and drink with 'no-frills' airlines - especially Ryanair.

While Ryanair charges next to nothing for some flights, on board a small bottle of sparkling water costs [pounds]2.50, while a sandwich costs [pounds]4.20. These were the highest prices of all the airlines surveyed by the British magazine.
