SHOCKING new revelations about a disgraced Latin master came to light yesterday as a sheriff ruled a legal action against his top private school should go to the highest court in the land.

The case is being brought by the parents of David Young, who committed suicide in 2002, aged 23, allegedly after suffering years of torment as a result of sexual abuse by teacher Jonathan Quick at Dollar Academy.
